Sleevewise started with a shelf that outgrew memory: which pressing is this, what did I pay, is it the one on the wantlist? It became the app we wanted at the back of the shop: quick to add a record, honest about what it’s worth, and good to look at.
Who
Sleevewise is built and published by an independent developer in France. No investors, no ads, no data sales: one person shipping an app that gets better one release at a time.
What it’s built on
Records are identified with the Discogs database, the reference catalogue collectors have built together over two decades; values come from the Discogs Marketplace. Record stores come from OpenStreetMap, the map its contributors keep up to date, and the maps are drawn with OpenFreeMap. Sleevewise is not affiliated with Discogs.
Where your data lives
Your collection lives in your Sleevewise account, on Supabase servers in Frankfurt (EU). There are no ads in the app and no advertising or analytics SDKs; push notifications go through Firebase Cloud Messaging. This website sets no cookies. The privacy policy has every detail.
How it pays for itself
The free plan does everything, up to 100 records. Sleevewise Premium (€3.99 a month or €24.99 a year) removes the limits and adds collection export. That’s the whole business. See pricing.
